I had taken mifepristone on 4th oct and 2 misoprostol today morning, after taking misoprostol I had much pain then I vomited after vomited pain did not happen again that much
Your pain and vomiting after the misoprostol are common and expected, since the medicine causes strong uterine cramping to complete what the mifepristone started. Vomiting often happens because of the pain itself, so it easing afterward is a good sign, not a new worry.
Next Steps
Expect cramping and bleeding with clots over the next few days as the pregnancy tissue passes. Stay hydrated and rest, and please see your gynaecologist for a follow-up ultrasound in a week or two to confirm the process is complete.
Health Tips
Seek urgent care if you soak more than two thick pads an hour for two hours straight, develop fever, or have severe pain that doesn't ease.
