  4. I had acute myocardial infarction. Me!

I had acute myocardial infarction
I had acute MI before a month .. I was done angioplasty and placed two stents.. now aftr a month I took echo.. echo shows dilated left ventricle and also mild to moderate LV dysfunction.. Is it Anything abnormal.. pls explain me

Heart is damaged due to heart attack & pumping is less. Ned to take medicine regularly.
