The causes of second trimester miscarriages are 1.Chromosomal 2.APLA syndrome 3.Uterine anomalies 4.Cervical incompetence Firstly the cause should be found out and then treat accordingly If the cause is cervical incompetence, cervical stitch can be applied laparoscopically before conception which has high success rates. 3 days after stitch miscarriage happened probably because of infection.

For this you have to consult a doctor.Certain blood tests are required to rule out the reason of miscarriage.
