I got these zone out=stop feal/think.
I do face periods of diffrent emoticons currently numb so when something happens I don't know how I m fealing like thing really hurt me or stress me or not and I act without thinking like today's morning I was talking happily I didn't get that I got irritated and suddenly I started diving badly I could have killed both of us but that time I was not fealing I got this zone out , I don't know what I was doing.
