I got Skin allergy in the neck portion.
The rashes comes only when I sweat or exposted to sun. It was there for a long time. Once I consulted a dermatologist. He told that it is photodermatitis. He gave some ointment. After summer it was gone. Again I'm getting those rashes now. Please do advise me on this
