I can understand your concern.
Yes, you do need to worry.
Because low levels aren't normal.
You need to take tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 3 months.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for 15 days.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.
