I got my nose pierced and I have a bump

I got my nose pierced a couple weeks ago and I have been cleaning it every day with the sea salt solution they gave me. Anyways last night a red stiff bump formed at the bottom of my nostril and I don’t know what it is. It’s about the size of half a pinkie nail and it hurts when I push down on it. I don’t know if it has something to do with my piercing. I hope it’s not cancerous and I am worried. Plz help me. Thank you so much

You seem to have developed infection at the nose piercing site. It's unlikely to be anything cancerous. You may need to remove nose stud for few days. Take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic ointment
