I feel there are few round shape lumps

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I feel there are few round shape lumps scattered in my stomach under skin. It is not painful and I have consulted the doctor 4 years back and as per him it was normal.. but still I can feel the lumps and a bit concern please advise thank you for your advise
