I feel pain in uper abdomen and back
When i wake up in morning i feel pain in uper abdomen and back , and fullness is this due to alcohal or overeating , i do echo test for chest heavyness echo is normal what can i do please suggest

History is in complete. For time being take Tab.Digine 2 tab TDS Plenty of water intake. No alcohol, No tea No oily food Take lot of fruits and fiber
