I feel pain in my throat when I swallow
Constantly I feel the small burn in my throat. In addition I feel a heavy pain in my throat when I swallow. Only when I make very small sips of a drink or swallow small pieces of food it pains less. I have a fever but no cough and no snot.

Looks like you have a common cold. Have you taken any anticold tablets? Please start gargling with luke warm water. Add little honey and common salt to it and gargle every 3 hourly.  Take crocin 500mg tablet for pian and fever as required. Make sure you are not allergic to any medicines. If condition does not improve in 1-2 days or become worse,  please consult a doctor personally.
