I feel like sleeping

I always feel like sleeping every time  but when I lie on bed its all good why is this happening ???? And I also feel like stressed even after doing nothing what to do

Hello,
You probably need more physical exercise. Try to get at least 1hour of aerobic  exercise at least 5 days a week. Avoid daytime naps. Follow a schedule for yourself.
