I feel like I want to throw up, but don'
I feel like I'm going to throw up. It is just there. I have had it for about a week already. Please find a problem,because I am tired of having this feeling. I get a headache every now and then.

Hi Miss, Need regular,fixed timing of your MEALS & SLEEP. Start 15 to 20 minutes Exercise in the morning. Take tab Disprin 1/2 dissolved in water twice daily for three days. Tab. B complex/ Multivitamin 1 daily for 1 month.
