Felling like Throwing up

Asked for Male, 22 Years

It's been a while I am unable to throw up/vomit. Whenever I am about to throw up it suddenly cause pain in my chest and it doesn't comes out. It just gargle with salt water then suddenly it happens to throw up. But in the end it doesn't workout.

May be early signs of INFECTION or Gastritis. Try to vomit out any bad food may help relieve. Antibiotics antacids etc may help depending on Possible Diagnosis.
