I feel a pretty small lump which is a size of a rice grain and its movable i dont feel any other symptoms or pain from that but that discomforts me... please help

it is common to have small salivary gland stones that get blocked in the duct under your tongue. Consult an ENT surgeon or your dentist for assessment. Sometimes this leads to infection which may need antibiotic treatment or occasionally the stone may have to be removed if it does not come out on its own

warm water gargles will help. Also sucking on lime or lemon helps the salivary glands to flush the ducts.
