  4. I feel heavy always on my chest. Attack.

I feel heavy always on my chest.
Whenever i gobto sleep i feel like i would get a heart attack. No chest pain. please tell me the reason. i think this happens because of gas problems but i just want to confirm. No one in my family is having heart related issues in past.
