I feel dizzy & faint almost all the time

It started a about two years ago. There has been times where I completely lost consciousness. I have tons of tests and nothing seems to be wrong. It's gotten really bad lately, it's like I have no energy to even lift my phone and it feels like everything is spinning, whether I stand up or sit down and I can't figure out what's wrong with me
