Dizziness out of the blue
Good Morning. I'm a 22 year old male who us currently doing his internship. I was all fine for two months but since the past two days I've suddenly started feeling dizzy. By dizzy i mean when I move my head around I feel unstable. What is the reason for this and what needs to be done. Is it due to screen time as I've been on the laptop since day 1 of my internship or is it the heat cause it is extremely hot and I directly enter a cold environment where the AC is on blast. Kindly let me know as this is hampering my performance and making me feel sluggish.

What type of Internship are you doing? If it is a Medical Internship then you can start with a check of BP. Then you can move to the ENT Department, Neurology,  Rheumatology , and so on.
