I feel angry, hopeless, sad.
Hi , I get very angry quickly nowadays , previously i was fun loving person who used to enjoy evrything, but nowadays i dont like to enjoy much and also i would like to tell u that i dont get angry on evryone in the family neither i feel bad if someone says something to me except my husband.I dont know why but i feel very irritated from him, i overeact also. Whatever i do it turns out to b bad, i feel like i am degrading daily, my weight is also increasing, i also have a 13 month old baby.I love my baby but when she cries i feel like leaving evrything behind and go. Many atimes i analyse myself and try to change but i end up becoming more sad and hopeless. I expect a lot from my husband, he is doing things for me also but i dont feel satisfied. Can u please help me with the solution.

Dear , can you just go and  visit a Psychologist  at the earliest and clear these issues from your life.
