Hello. Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. You should first of all,  share this problem with your parents and consuming soap everyday is very dangerous to your Body. Kindly seek an opinion from a Psychiatrist. Please don't hesitate to discuss this condition with your parents cause,  they are your first doctors. This is the best time to decide and think about your counseling and treatment part. If you don't want to go for a Psychiatrist,  then you should go for a clinical psychologist. Regards. I'm also a addiction specialist. Kindly come to practo chat for your counseling and treatment part, if you don't want to disclose this problem. The choice is yours. But I advice you to don't delay now cause its been 3 years now. Eating soap daily can make you infertile assosiated with irregular periods. Take care and have a hasty recovery soon. Regards. Bye.

Of course it is bad for your health. You need to see a psychiatrist - Psychologist might help you in addiction part but a psychiatrist being a MBBS and MD would be in a better position to assess the physical harm that the soap might be causing
Next Steps
Visit a psychiatrist for psychological assessment and physical evaluation
