I dont know me anymore
Hi. im 24. im suffering depression, i guess. i always rely to specific numbers when i make decisions in life. (like i need to be perfect at 12:34 pm, or if my phone battery is at 70%, 80% and whatever suits me at the moment) i hate myself for doing that all the time. it affects my job and my communication towards others. i talk to myself just about anything, imagining scenes (what if.... scenes) and i have to look good. it's not even real, whatever that is. i always look up to myself. why??
