I don’t know what my problem is - Eating
I used to have an undiagnosed eating disorder, not as bad as anorexia as I wasn’t obsessed, I just didn’t like the idea of gaining weight so i tried to not eat to keep myself skinny, this went on for around eight years until a year ago where i started over eating. Now i’m actually slightly overweight and eat just because I can or feel like it but at the same time I hate that i’m doing it. I keep thinking about trying to go back to having an ‘eating disorder’. i want to know what’s wrong with me.

Hello, glad to connect. Firstly I appreciate that you are able to connect well with your body and able to understand there is something not right. I would say that it's important you start keeping a food journal and write whatever you are eating for a weeks time. Then do an overall review to see if you are eating out of hunger or as a habit.From there, you can work towards replacing the not so good habits with the right ones. It definitely takes a lot of introspection and awareness and I am sure you will be able to eat just right, in right portions towards good health. All the best!!
