Today i accidentally bite down a metal spoon with my front teeth very hard while eating. they are not cracked but one of them is painful. do you think they will die afterwards?

This is the immediate result of trauma that the tooth is painful. Don't chew anything from that for next 2 weeks. (Anyways front tooth are not for chewing). Be careful. Take painkillers if very painful.
