I try to sleep, but no results. Been few months. Can't sleep until I feel safe or secure, once able to sleep, not easily able to get up, no issues in being able to sleep in the day time. Earlier, moving to my parents room to get sleep helped, now that doesn't help either. Even if I get up early and not sleep all day, still can't sleep in the night

Although could be multiple reasons for sleep disturbance but anxiety appears to be the underlying cause....search sleep hygiene measures from Google... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case ..ok
