I cannot concentrate on my studies

I am 18 years old class 12 student,I cannot just focus on my books I already failed in 11 twise and now i want to score heigh marks as possible but my mind is not giving with me I am distracted every time thinking about things that are not about syllabus and wasting my time on Internet like YouTube or movies please guide me.
