I am suffering from diabetes
I have diabetes from 10 years. But from last 4 yrs when I do some more work my whole body is swelled up and paining. Few days ago my hand are sweled up just like a football once in a life. But from few month my whole chest are also paining . I have visited at doctors and she told me to full body check up. But deu to covid this is not possible. So please prescribe me some medicines . I want to vaccinate my self can I do this and what precations I have to take before vaccination and after vaccination

U need evaluation for anasarca so as to prescribe any medications.
Renal function tests also to be done.
It would be preferable to check glycaemia before going for vaccination.
Can use analgesics for pain.
