I am suffering from asthama

I am 33 yrs old and I am having asthama problem ,gastro problem ,and am very fat my weight is 91 kg ,i want to loose my weight 20kg,because of this I am having asthama problem . Please suggest,please prescribe some medicine or tablet which can suit me
