Hello, Fever and cough can be cause of any underlying infection in your respiratory tract. If you are having a pain on left side of shoulder and back. I would say get a chest x-ray done and if possible get a general physician opinion . You might need an antibiotic course in order to resolve your problem. Continue cough syrup and Crocin tablet for fever.
