I do not know what is going on. I am not happy. I start crying and feel sad. For no reason. I do fine during work at day. But not sure what is going on. I just feel sad and worry. I have tried to force myself to be happy and not be sad. But I don't know how. I need help. I sometimes get this urge to end it all but I have so far been able to ridicule the thought. What should I do?

Mental health issues r due to disturbance in the neurochemicals in d brain. Its not always associated with ny life events. So u need not blame urself or nyone els for it. However dese r treatable conditions. Seek help at d earliest for better outcome.
