I AM HAVING DIABETICS FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR. MY AGE IS 54 YEARS NOW. MY SUGAR LEVEL IS 210 FASTING. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO REDUCE THE SUGAR LEVEL. I HAVE NO OTHER HEALTH PROBELM.

Sugar levels can be reduced by following a diabetic diet, having a regular exercise plan &a lastly medications which are prescribed after assessing the individual.

Glad that you are monitoring your sugars and ready to take steps to control. Please add daily exercise to your routine , fresh vegetables to your diet , Eat frequent and small portions of food. This might help to reduce your sugars little bit, but you have use/ increase the dose of sulfonylureas and insulin sensitizers like Metformin to control your sugars.
