Diabetic cure??
Hello doc, i m 29 yr old female . i have been diagnosed with diabetes recently. Hba1c is 7.2 & fasting 112 & 1.5 hours after food is 236. I came across IME-9 tablets that claims to cure diabetes if recently diagnosed. It claims having approval from Government of India Ministry of Ayush. ( ime-9.com) they also claim safe without side effects. can u plz help me & patients like me to understand if the claims r genuine? Thanks in advance.

Hi.... Life style modifications are the main treatment for the Diabetes.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .
High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans.
