Warm saline gargles multiple times in a day as well as most fomentation from the outside of the face can provide some relief by reducing the inflammation temporarily. Regards.

Do warm water gargle with salt in it 4-5 times a day! Which will reduce the tension and relieve you a bit. Have some anti inflammatory pain killer tablet what you have with you ! Do not sleep on that side - the pressure will cause increase in swelling. Keep that area clean so that irritation on gums is reduced
