Pain due to Gastritis would have decreased significantly with razo d. Sometimes additional ANTACIDS may be needed. But if not resolving then other causes have to be evaluated. Like gall stones, liver related etc.

for further evaluation more information is needed. also some tests may be needed like ultrasound ecg blood tests etc.
