I am coughing from last 6 days..plzz give me some suggestion.I have already went to a doctor yesterday gave some tablets. But it's not coming down. Plz give me some suggestions..

Dry cough will take much time to subside . Most of these are allergic origin . Along with the treatment you need to avoid allergens . You need to take allergy medicine to be continued for few more days .

It generally takes a bit of time for the dry cough to reduce after a bout of nose or throat infection. If you have sputum in your cough then further course of antibiotics may be required. If it is dry then you will need to take steam twice a day along with the tablets you are taking and it may feel much better.
