Some time we feel anger and have thoughts to hit other but we choose not to act on these thoughts while considering consequences of acting on our thoughts. in the same way you can have thoughts but can choose to not to act on thoughts . Accept thoughts as they are without blaming yourself for having these thoughts. It would be difficult to do for you but not impossible .
