I am facing eye twitching
Hello Dr very often I get eye twitching only in right eye it will be for 1week alomost n go away again after one month. Are in few weeks again I face same problem why is tat so is tat a serious Issue.

Twitching occures or increases by any kind of stress so avoid it put lubricating eye drops do some meditation exercises take adequate sleep and most important try to ignore the twitching.

It may be due to stress and strain.pl use Tab.Shelcal 500mg, 1tab per day for 1 month.,after food in the night. Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day for 1 month.

It can be due to dry eyes which is very much treatable with lubricants
But if it is recurrent then preferably consult with a nearby Ophthalmologist
