Ime 9 is an ayurvedic medicine and I am not the best judge for it. Although i can say that we have a lot of options in allopathic medicines too which will be very effective. A lot of times, dietary and exercise changes can help a lot to reduce the number of medicines you need. Its better to visit a diabetologist for the same.
