The nicotine is jammed on the inner side of teeths... what do you reccomend i should be doing.. i am 40 and havent undergone teeth cleaning ever in my life

Sir ...u should get professonial scaling done as soon as possible . There is no other way of removing nicotine stains . Morover it is a harmless n painless procedure
