HysteroLaparoscopy for infertility
Hi , I had one miscarriage 7 months ago and since then I am not able to conceive. Tried 1 iui and 3 natural cycles after miscarriage but no luck. In this cycle Dr did diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Right tube is open and left tube is blocked. Rest of the things are normal. Endometrium is good so Dr did not sent sample for TB PCR. Is TB PCR important test to be performed? After miscarriage, I am suffering from a thin endometrium. During ovulation it generally measures 7mm. Can I conceive without IVF ?

7mm thickness is okay. Yes you can try for IVF. If endometrium appears good tb PCR is not necessary
