  4. Hypromellose for Dry Eyes. Still use it?

Hypromellose for Dry Eyes.
I'm using an artificial tears (hyrpomellose) because of my dry eyes. It is said in the instructions that, "once open, discard after one month". So, it means that I can't use it after a month. Is it true? What will happen if I still use it? Please, answer this. Thank you.
