Hypothyroidism Issue - I Am Taking Treatment For Hypothyroidism.

I am taking treatment for hypothyroidism. My thyroid TSH level was 7.15ulU/mL. but after treatment for 2 months its lower down to 0.05ulU/mL. Should I continue my tablet? Is it good time to concieve?
