Hypothyroidism
Hi! I've hypothyroidism since a year. Was taking 12.5 Mcg at the start and then during pregnancy was given 25 Mcg. Now for almost a month was unable to take the thyroid medicine. So after a self thyroid test at Vijaya diagnostic my readings for T3 is 2.94 and TSH is < 0.008 and T4 is 17.2
Please help me with the thyroid dosage now.

Show this to the doctor who started you on thyroxine, increase it. Also need to see trend of previous thyroid reports.

You need to stop your medicine now. Get a repeat test done after 6 weeks. Also get anti TPO antibody test done. You are currently in hyperthyroid phase, could be medicine induced. Just stop the medicine and should largely get better. Final need of any med shall be decided after repeating TFT in 6 weeks
