Hi i am 29 week pregnant. I take 50mcg levothyroxine daily.my tsh level is 4.59 and free t4 is 11.84. Dr didnt change ma medicine dose. Should i concern? In first trimester tsh waz 5 and t4 14.7 But in whole pregnancy i m on 50mcg.should i increase my dose ?

Dose requirement of thyroxin goes up by 30 to 50% during pregnancy. Dose of thyroxin can be safely increased by 30% from prepregnancy dose
