Hypothyroidism and salt
I take tata low sodium salt in meal. Suffering from hypothyrodism. Want to know if salt intake affects the condition or not. If yes what will benefit me.. Low salt intake or normal I eatalso curious if hypothyroidism will cause sexual problem to me as I am about to get married.

Sodium in salt does not effect thyroid but iodine in salt does. So you can take low sodium but iodine rich salt.
