Namaste,
I have Hypothyroidism and I'm taking medication for that. Continuously for two years I had to go to office before dawn and come back after sunset. There was no exposure to sunlight.
1.Recently I heard that vitamin D deficiency can cause thyroid problems. Could this be my problem?
2. How can I check the vitamin levels in my body?
Thanks
