Hypothyroid
My Thyroid profile is tsh-11.18microIU/ml,t3-0. 93ng/ml,t4-6.3micrograms/dl. I have started 25mcg thyronorm since 1 week.is the dosage enough? How long will it take for symptoms to improve like weight loss, concentration, memory, etc?what are the side effects of thyronorm? When should I get tested for thyroid profile next? Thank you.

I think 25mcg is not enough, better increase to 50mcg and check TSH, FT4, thyroid antibodies after 2months

Hello......side effects are minimal you should take prescribed medicine without default because , TSH should come under normal . fatigue, increased appetite, weight loss, heat intolerance, fever, excessive sweating, headache, are some side effects .. Test for once in every 2-3 months.
