Hypothyroid
I have diagnosed hypothyroid before 4mnth with TSH level 10.35 and taking 50mcg thyronorm.. then my TSH go down with TSH 0.20 level and taking 25mcg tablet... I have ear pressure from last 2mnths which not going away...constant throat clearing, over mucus production..sortness of breath.. I have consulted to ENT for this regard he said post nasal drip/Sinusitis and treat with medication for 25days but my problem got worsen...so I droped... I want to know is that any possibility in hypothyroid for ear pressure shortness of breathe mucus over production...cough while eating...what will be the treatment? And test to diagnosed...today my TSH level is 6.25 ...should I have to take 50mcg now?

These symptoms are unlikely to be related to thyroid unless u have a large goitre.
