I am 29 year old. I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism. T3 and T4 level are .48 and .01 respectively whereas tsh level is 276.13. Can my thyroid problem be cured only with oral medicines or any other treatment is required? Do I need to go for some other test apart from blood test?
