Hypothyrodism and mass gainer
I have hypothyroidism. My T3 and T4 values are normal, i have a high TSH. My tsh value is 7.2 i am a very skinny guy with a height of 183cm and weight just 46 kgs. So i am joining gym and wants to take optimum nutrition serious mass gainer. I just want to know that is that mass gainer suitable for me when i have high tsh level.

Hello, According to us you are suffering from hyperthyroidism not Hypothyroidism. If you are  not going to treat hyperthyroidism, insprit of having mass gainer you will not gain weight. You need to correct your thyroid condition first. Hypothyroidism slows down metabolism.
Next Steps
You don't have to go for supplements yet. Take iodine rich foods like strawberries, coconut, pineapple, potatoes, spinach and other starchy foods. For weight gain do strength exercises. You don't have to do cardios.
