  4. Tsh is 8 and T3 and T4 are normal. What?

Tsh is 8 and T3 and T4 are normal
I have been having lethargy,painful periods and weightgain inspite of normal diet and regular exercise.. I recently checked my thyroid hormone levels... T3 and T4 were normal bt TSH level was 8.. Should start medication?? If yes then what??
