I was previously diagnosed by pcos and was treated with metformin and birth control pills. Was advised to exercise and lose some weight. With regular exercise I lost a couple of kilos and my periods got regular as well. But i have been training so hard for over a year. But literally no progress in my weight loss. I restrict myself to a 1200-1500 kcal healthy diet and literally punish my body at the gym 3-6 times a week. I have gained immense strength and I can feel the comfort level and flexibility in the body. But I don't see any difference on the scale or tape. Do you think Iam hypothyroid ? What would you suggest? Not seeing any results for all the hard work I put is very devastating. Please help me out with this.
